Let’s Play Ski Free! 
Just in time for December (of that year), I did a “let’s play” on a “game” which takes about 60 seconds to get the full effect, but as a kid we loved this game. Of course I primarily played it in school, so I guess any alternative to learning would leave a fond memory or two.
Let’s Play Ski Free:
What’s there to say about Ski Free? You could do a downhill slalom or a free style event, though there weren’t a lot of “moves” to be executed outside of a single flip off of a ramp. Setting trees on fire due to your implied irresponsible velocity was fun, as was launching off of a makeshift ramp in a rock.
But I did always find it kind of dark that the game invariably always ended in your death, literally at the jaws of the abominable snowman at 2,000 meters or so down the mountain.
Anyway, just a fun way to kill a minute or two if you didn’t feel like learning or playing solitaire. I was more of a visual kid, so I always went for this game over FreeCell.
