Let’s Play Knight Games! More Retrober/Retrotober games from my earliest memories on display. Knight Games is another game where I don’t remember how we came about getting it. I guess it was a situation where my dad just found games he thought looked entertaining and bought them for us, because I know I was far too young to really have any opinion on anything.
Let’s Play Knight Games:
This is another instance where I kind of scratch my head and am fascinated at the contrast of video game length between today and then. You can play through everything this game has to offer in probably twentty minutes, but I guess that being the standard at the time, nobody thought to think they were getting ripped off when they spent $30 on a computer game new for that kind of substance.
Anyway, it’s a fun game assuming you have the right controller or joystick (remember those) for it. Many of the traditional games which you can assume with relatively certainty that knights played back in the day are on display here. This includes archery, sword fighting, and jousting with sticks Little John style.
I just liked the animation, graphic styles, the colors they used, things like that. There isn’t a whole lot to get excited about with this game today, but back in the day I enjoyed it thoroughly.
